My partner and I got treated with a shot for gonorrhea but the next day we had sex in a sexual intercourse can we still trance for gonorrhea back-and-forth even though we both got a shot in our butt and treated for the same STD is it possible to get it again

To minimize disease transmission, after being treated for gonorrhea one should abstain from sexual activity for at least 7 days. Seven days of abstinence should be maintained after multiple-dose treatment + after single-dose therapy so that symptoms have resolved & there is no risk of transmission of the infection. Stay away from unprotected sex. Always perform safe sex.
