Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
It is hard to give a precise answer without having more information regarding the location and the size of the stroke lesion, chances of recovery depend a lot on stroke severity. Also it might have been useful to mention when did she have a stroke, how long ago, most improvement happens in the first 6 months. Whether it is possible generally speaking to be able to walk again after a stroke....yes it certainly is. It is not a question of drugs though, the best means for that is physical therapy and mobilisation. The earlier it is started the better, as I mentioned most results are achieved in the first 3-6 months.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Pregnant state related neurological complications are well known and seizures and stroke are one of them. The curled legs are due to spasticity of limbs and improves with physiotherapy, anti-spastic medications.
Botox injection can also be used in less responsive cases.
