sir, my wife is having choclate cyst in both the ovaries and small firboied in uterus, her age is 26, we got married 1yr back, my gyno adviced to laproscopy to remove the cyst, my doubt is after laproscopy is there chance of getting pregnancy, my sperm count is 60million. what i have to do. kinldy advice prabhu

it is necessary to remove chocolate cyst by laproscopy to remove cyst to avoid further complication. your sperm count is good. there are good chances that after laproscopy, your wife will get pregnant.
there are ovulation testing kits available in market. which are urine testing kits once it is positive next 48 hours are very important for fertilization of female egg. keeping relation during that time have highest chances of getting pregnant. have confidence. do not hurry do not get tensed.
keep your wife happy and calm to make her physical status better.
