Can Myopia Be Corrected By Lasik?

Hello, Both my children age 10 and age 5 girls have a cylindrical power ( highest 3) and spherical power (highest 3.5). The younger one has the higher power.
1. I want to know if lenses are available to correct this ( Both cylindrical & myopia).? I personally have only myopia and have been using lenses.
2. Does Lasik correct this?
Please let me know.

Hi, Both your girl children aged 10 and 5 years myopia, younger one has more power. can lasik correct this.
It is a congenital defect, and corrected to some extent as the age advances. So power reduced then they can have lenses for long time, in the meanwhile they should use the lenses but power will be changed frequently, and lenses to be changed.
Give them foods rich in vitamin A like carrot, tomato, fruits, and green leafy vegetables.
You can also give them injections or tablets of vit A with the advise of your doctor. Thank you.
