Can Nausea Be A Side Effect Of Warfarin And A Beta Blocker?

I was just put on warfarin and a beta blocker (totoperal? something like that) to treat atrial flutter. I am experiencing nausea, especially after I eat. It could be interacting with one of my other drugs, which include metformin, fenofibrate, wellbutrin, diovan, atorvastin, or maybe I just have a mild stomach bug. Any idea?
