Can Neck Pain Lead To Dizziness?

I get dizzy spells all the time...numbness in my face and finger tips....I have had a chronic neck problem and perhaps a pinched nerve....currently I feel no neck plain...so do you think my neck is the reason for my dizzy spells or could it be something else?

Hello,

As due to pinched nerve there will be tingling, numbers etc for the upper limb and fingers. Which can be taken care of by MRI neck, soft collar, neck stabilization exercises, upper limb strengthening exercises and inter-scapular muscle strengthening exercises.

But the symptoms on the face like numbness needs a cranial nerve examination and may have involvement of the higher motor functions.

Post a diagnosis for the higher motor function we can guide for the medical treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
