Can Negative Blood Group Causes Miscarriage?

My blood group is A negative,, i have two daughters,, third time i got pregnant but last week i got miscarriage in 7th week,, doctors is saying may be this is becz of my negative group of blood,, so my question is that next time i cant be get a healthy pregnancy??

Hi, thanks for writing..
Rh positive blood when it enters the rh neg blood causes production of antibodies which can cross the placenta and cause the death of the fetus. To detect this ICT has to be done to see whether it is positive. If positive, fetus with positive blood group will get aborted. Whereas negative blood group baby can survive.hope I have answered your query. Good day
