Can Nervous Jittery Feelings Be Caused By Thyroid Medication?

I am having nervous jittery feelings. My hands will feel jittery and I feel it thru out my chest and stomach areas. I take .88 mg f thyroid medication because of a low thyroid. Could this medication be causing this or should I be concerned with something else?

Hi
Excessive intake of thyroxine can cause tremors in hands. While on thyoxine, you need to get regular serum TSH levels done to look for effective dose of thyroid & to avoid adverse effects.
Hope this information helps.
