You can take it when you requires it. As a general consensus no drugs are safe in pregnancy. I advice not to take any drugs if its not much necessary to you. But you can take the neuflo tablet as and when required. You can do gargle of warm normal saline. It will give you a soothing effect for sore throat. You can also take honey and lemon with tulsi it is also a good home remedy. Please do some respiratory exercise that can help improve the cleaning of virus from the body.
