I'm 28yrs old have 3 children aged 5, 4, and 2. One year after having our last child I decided to use the mirena as a form of contraceptive, I have had a period every month until two months ago they stopped. Iam now getting extreme night sweats pins and needles in the palm of my hand and sole of my foot extreme headaches and heart palpitations. I can't sleep at night and am tired during the day. I hope this iud has not cause me to go into early menopause or have a thyroid problem.. I'm worried sick
