Can Non Penetrative Sex Cause Pregnancy?

I gave a hand job to a guy regretfully, and he cumed on the very bottom of my stomach.. Not my stomach but the very bottom part.. Is it possible to get pregnant? Maybe a little went near the vaginal area as well. I am soo scared it was my first type of sexual contact.. I didnt want to be the 19 year old who never aroused a guy by hand job. Whats the possibility of getting pregant? I am scared if i am. Should i take a plan b pill or is it unnecessary? Please keep in mind that we NEVER had sec or any penis to vagina contact. Please answer. Thank you
