Can Non Penetrative Sex Cause Pregnancy?

I went out with my boyfriend. We did the touching things until the semen of my boyfriend came out. I touched the semen. Then I wiped my hand until my hand dry. After awhile, I went to the toilet to pee. I washed my vagina using water at the same time rubbing my vagina using the same hand i touched the semen. Is it possible for me to get pregnant? And I m on my ovulation period now. Thank you

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Practically the chances of pregnancy are nil.
Conception and pregnancy can only take place after penetrative sex when semen is deposited in the vagina.
Release of semen without depositing it in vagina does not lead to pregnancy.
Since, you wiped off your hand and then used it for washing vagina, there is practically no chance of pregnancy.
In case the sperms were adherent to your hand then also chances of conception are rare because sperms need an environment to survive and then move towards the ovum.
Thus do not worry and relax.
