Can Non Penetrative Sex Increase The Chances Of HIV?

i have a few questions about possible hiv transmission via contact with precum. if a man rubs his precum on the head of my penis, am i at risk? if he is touching himself and potentially gets his own precum on his finger and then puts his finger in my anus, am i at risk? if i perform oral sex on him briefly, potentially getting precum in my mouth, and i have some very small abrasions on the inside of my mouth, am i at risk? i just want to get a sense of how possible hiv transmission is in these situation so i can make the best possible choices.

If I am your treating doctor I advice you that if mans precum comes in contact with your genital mucosa it is chance of getting infection. So if he rubs and insert finger with precum in your anus you are at risk. Oral sex has some less chance of getting HIV, but as you have abrasion chance of getting HIV increases. Kissing wont cause HIV untill the abrasion is not there.
