Can Numb Spot Of Foot Be A Result Of Undergoing Epidural?

I had an epidural in August with my son. I didnt notice til 7 mo. later that I have a numb spot on the bottom of my right foot. I don't know if its been that way since then or if it just happened. Its not noticeable unless i rub across it, but is completely numb just above my heel about the width of my foot no change since first noticing. Worried that it could get worse or never get better.
