Can Nursing Mothers Inhale Cinnamon Bark Oil Fumes?

Hi, today I used a candle was melt that has essential oils. I bought it because it was a natural product and I have 3 young children and I am breastfeeding so I prefer to use natural things. Anyways I didn t realize that it had cinnamon bark oil in it and I read that nursing mothers shouldn t use it and it shouldn t be used around young children. I had it in my warmer for about 5 hours today. I will not be using this again but is there anything I should be worried about for me who is breastfeeding and my 16 month old?

I don't think so it would do any harm in one time. Moreover the child is past the infancy stage. Once or twice won't really hurt anyone much
