Can Nutcracker Syndrome Cause Wheezing?

I get very weezing but doctors have not been able to diagnose it. It started 10 months after radiation for breast CA. I was weezing for 10 moths when CXR finally came back + small pneumonia opposite side to radiated breast, also had PFT / asthma was ruled out; I saw respirologist had contrast CT And it was negative for interstitial lung disease, cardiac work up was also negative. Weezing was finally treated with symbicourt & small short term Prednisone.I was symptom free for almost a year and now it s coming back. I have few food allergies but very lightly. What are we missing? Forgot to mention...last summer had hemorrhagic hematuria: cystoscypy was negative and contrast scan showed small(3mm) kidney stones but also nutcracker syndrome resulting from 30 yrs old partial pancreatic resection for insulinoma( now on insulinoma pump). Could this nutcracker syndrome be culprit of my Wheezyness? What are we missing? I m 56 yrs old. 5 6 , 160lbs. YYYY@YYYY
