Can Omeprazole And Ranitidine Be Given Together ?
My mother is type 2 diabetic patient suffering from helico pyloric infection . she has took medicine NEXUM 40 mg bd ,azothromycin 500 mg bd . ulsanic for 6 weeks. As she stoped medication she started heart burn , loss of appitide , heaviness in stomch , black stool , weakness . Doctor suggested Zantac 150mg bd , Risek 40 mg od , Motilium tid . gaviscon syrup but there is no improvement . Please guide me what to do now

in my opinion your mom can take these medicines.omeperazole and ranitidine are given together most commonly inGERD(GASTRO OESOPHAGEAL REFLUX DISEASE)especialy in primary health care set up
