Can On And Off Pain In Legs And Arms Be A Symptom Of Bone Cancer?

Hi. I'm 18 and for the last few years I've had on and off pain in both of my legs. Recently it's become worse and a few months ago I started to get the same type of pain in my arms. The pain isn't all of the time and both legs and arms rarely hurt at the same time. When I looked up the kind of pain I had, bone cancer links showed up. Now I'm terrified this is what I have. I have a drs appt. in a few weeks but could bone cancer be a real possibility?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern let me tell you that in all the medical conditions the possibility of cancer comes in last because the symptoms are not the only criteria for this, so the most near and likely possibility would be simple muscular pain may be due to some untreated infection nothing to worry this will come around soon have nice day.
