Can One Conceive After Menopause ?

i am suffering from manopause .i have swelling of my uterus.i have daugter of 5 year.now want to get one more baby but not possible.

If your menses have stopped completely then your ovarian reserve should be drastically reduced.In such a case conception may be tried by IVF using donor eggs/sperm.
