Can One Take Meprate After Taking I-Pill While Suffering With PCOS?
One of my friends hd sex on 22nd December nd took i-pill on 23rd December. She is also a suffering with PCOS. She is also taking meprate from 19th December. But aftr 22nd December she has not taking any meprate. She is anxious. Will she take meprate too while she has taken i-pill on 23rd December
Hello dear I understand your concern Ideally when you are on meprate, I pill is not required to prevent pregnancy. Because meprate itself act as contraception. I would suggest to continue to take meprate as per doctor advise to correct hormonal imbalance and regularize period. Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise If period will delay by more than 2 weeks then consult gynecologist. Hope this may help you
Contact further if follow up needed Best regards Dr. Sagar
