Hello dear I understand your concern Ideally when you are on meprate, I pill is not required to prevent pregnancy. Because meprate itself act as contraception. I would suggest to continue to take meprate as per doctor advise to correct hormonal imbalance and regularize period. Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise If period will delay by more than 2 weeks then consult gynecologist.
