Can One Take Beer During Pregnancy?
Can I have a beer with my dinner tonight? I m craving one soooo bad. Would 12 oz of beer hurt? I m 32 weeks pregnant. When I first got pregnant, the nurses would say go ahead and have a glass of wine, you ll be alright I never did. I would think it would be worse in the beginning than at the end but what do I know?

There is no known "safe" amount of alcohol use during pregnancy. Alcohol use appears to be the most harmful during the first 3 months of pregnancy.
However, drinking alcohol anytime during pregnancy can be harmful. Alcohol includes beer, wine, wine coolers, and liquor.
