Can Opioids Used For Pain Relief During Radiographic Examinations, Like X-rays, Help Produce Better Radiographic Images?

Hi! I m a year 1 student of medical imaging. I was recently doing an assignment on opioid drugs, and one of the questions was about the usage of opioid drugs in radiographic examination. But I couldn t find the answer ;(. Could the answer be the opioids which can relief the patient s pain (e.g. bone fracture) during radiographic examination such as X-ray, will hep in producing better radiographic image?
