Can Ovulation Cause Bad Temp Or Not? Are Fatigue ,lack Of Appetite Signs Of Menopause?

Hi, it all started 3 years ago. I have noticed that after a stressful period I sometimes get 98,6 - 98,8 fever (I am not sure even if this was a fever, because my doctor told me it was a normal body temp). It usually appears at evening and lasts from 30 minutes to couple of hours. I know because I can feel it. During those temps I feel fatique, watery eyes and lack of appetite. Then I started to notice that it usually appears in same intervals every month. I started to measure fever on a daily basis every morning, afternoon and night and it raises on 13th day of my menstrual period and lasts for approx ten days. So, this condition has been on and off for 3 years now. When I feel good, my post ovulation body temp raises to 98,4 f and I do not feel it. I am in really stressful period right now and recently I have started to feel other symptoms, aside an elevated body temp- as soon as it stops, a couple of days before my period, I get itchy all over my skin. It lasts until my period appears. And during period I have really bad night sweats. I was really scared of a lymphoma and got my lymph nodes checked in a private clinic. I seems that they are not even a bit enlarged, because the doctor could not find a single one on an ultrasound. So now I afraid I am going through a menopause. I am only 32 and I have no children. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto with an elevated TSH and normal T3 and T4 hormones. My doctor told me that my Hashimoto cannot affect my health. At the age of 25 I have had a miscarriage for unknown reasons. During pregnancy I felt really bad with a body temp 98,6 - 98,8 (also a fatique and a lack of appetite, vomitting), I have lost a 15 pounds during a first two months, until the miscarriage. After that I felt bad for 6 months and could not gain weight. To my doctors this was all normal, even though I recently found out that they should have lower my TSH during pregnancy. After 6 months my condition got better and I did not have any problems until 3 years ago, when it all started. So, my questions are - is it normal to feel bad from a 98,6 temp even if it was caused by an ovulation? Could it be caused by something else? Does it, along with my other symptoms, mean that I have a certain hormone disbalance caused by stress? Can it really be that I am entering a menopause? Thanks :)
