I had missed my periods ....its been 10days ....today in the morning I had used ovulation kit for pregnancy test ....and it came positive ......then after 10 Min I had used pregnancy kit ...it can negative ...what should I do....can ovulation kit detect pregnancy

Hello welcome to HCM. Ovulation kit is the one which detects whether the egg is released or not. The pregnancy kit is the one which identifies whether pregnancy is there or not by detecting a hormone which is released in urine during pregnancy. So ovulation kit doesnot detect pregnancy.
