Can Pain In The Close Breast/peck Area Be Caused By A Heart Burn?

I used to have bad heard burn for about 6 years now, on and off (due to my son s birth). Few month s ago I was prescribed heartburn medicine, that made the heart burn go away. now I am getting pain in my chest on my right side, close breast/peck area. the pain I can feel in my jaw on the right side as well in my bottom molars... is this serious or just heart burn?

Hello

Thanks for the query

The pain from your stomach radiating to your breast region and jaw might not be heart burn, it looks more to be of cardiac origin. Few people develop cardiac symptoms on the right rather than the left, I advice you to approach your doctor for an EKG as soon as possible.
In the mean time please do not exert or engage in strenuous activities.

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

I wish you good health

Regards
