Can Pain In The Pelvis And Brown Tissue Discharge With Blood Indicate Miscarriage?
My period was 23 days late pregnancy test all came back negative went to the doctor blood test came out negative but yesterday I started to spot then I had real intense pain in my pelvis and back using the bathroom I saw like a brown tissues come out with blood as well as so many blood clots looking up on the web I believe I miscarriaged and that was the reason I couldn t get a positive test what do you think did I have a miscarriage or was it just like that being my period was almost a month late
You should get ultrasound pelvis to look for any pelvic infection or blood collection or structural lesion like cyst etc. A gynecologist review will also be needed. Though with negative urinary pregnancy test it's very less likely but possibility of ectopic pregnancy still exists and negative report is often due to faulty technique. Its better to get blood HCg levels tested for reassurance.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
