Can Paracetamol Be Given Along With Antimalarial Medicines?

Hi doc my son age 4 year suffring from maleria but no high fever on first day.doctor prescribe him antimaleriatic drug Endomal l syp 5 ml perday two time only not any paracetamole like combiflame . But at first night my son had hightemprarure i want to ask that should i use paracetamole(combiflame)to get down fever with antimaleriatic drug (endomal l) if yes then what will the proper doges. Is there any sideeffect if both together given.plz help

I can understand your concern.
Yes, paracetamol can be given along with anti Malarial drug.
It is not having any drug interactions with anti Malarial drugs. So it is safe. No need to worry for this.
Fever is very common in first 1-2 days of malaria.
And paracetamol is the drug of choice for this.
For your 4 year old child, give paracetamol syrup 1 tsf (tea spoon full) thrice daily with water.
