Can Perimenopause And High Epithelial Cells Cause Loose Stool?

I am 46 yrs old. I am suffering from loosemotions from April 2011 till date. I did lot of medications like taking mostly antibiotics. I did my stool test and it showed Occult blood - Present 2+ . and some epithelial cells are also seen. Even during my medication, every alternate days I pass watery stool. I have also done my colonoscopy which my doctor says there was a polyp which was removed at that time. But my motions are still troubling me. Please help. Also an additional information - I am in my perimenopause. i.e. for past 5 months I have not got my periods. Is there any connection.
