Hello! I am a 33 year old female from Sweden who has problem with mild night sweats and hot flashes for the last 2 months. I´ve always hot flushes and sweats when I have my period but they are more intense and they last longer now then before. It started with my last period that was very painfull and long and I was bleeding in 2 weeks. I have regular menstruation every three weeks but now it´s one week late. When my last menstruation ended, hot flashes and sweats ended as well. Then it started again one week before next menstruation that is one week late. Reading some information on the internet I got crazy and start panicking. Night sweats are sign of Hiv, cancer and other serious illnesses. I´ve never had unprotected sex. My ex boyfriend tested himself for all STDs, incuding Hiv and it results were negative nad we were always using condoms. This was 7 weeks after we got together. Before me he was in a long relationship and he has a daughter with the same women. Does this mean I have HIV?!!!
