Can Piles Be Cured Without Surgery?
Dear sir, It was observed by diagnosis that i was having piles the observations of doctor are 1.Anal Spasm+ 2.Primary Internal Memory Haemorrhoids 3.Post Midline Fistula 4.Anal Dermatitis after 45 days of Ayurvedic medicines now he is saying to go for surgery is it compulsory to have surgery or the same can be cured through medicines. Kindly confirm.

external haemorrhoid can treat with medication .but internal haemorrhoid causes pain during defecation and difficulty in passing stool,recurrent bleeding,unable to sit in one place,can't heal with medication it is compulsory to go for surgery.
