Hi

Your son seem to have developed an allergic skin reaction .
He needs to be treated with a regular course of antihistamines .
As far as the local treatment is concerned, you need to keep the affected areas clean and dry .
You need to apply a mild topical steroid cream like cortisone over the affected areas twice a day .
In case the lesion still tends to persist or increase in size , then you child might need to be assessed by a doctor and managed accordingly.
