Can Postinor 2 Cause Menstrual Irregularity?

hi, pls i took postinor 2 twice last month. am supposed to have seen my period five days ago but have not. did pregnancy test it was negative. can this be the effect of the drug? can it cause infertility? is there any drug that can reverse the effect?

in some cases, 2-3 days following tablet ingestion breakthrough or withdrawal bleeding may occur that generally ceases spontaneously. in the majority of cases the next period starts as expected or somewhat earlier. if the period is more than 7 days late it is recommended to perform a pregnancy test.
it does not cause infertility.
there are not any drugs available that can reverse its effect.
