it is normal to have no period up to 6 month after c section
so there is very little chance of pregnancy as natural contraception is not 100% effective
so better to do pregnancy test
precum contain also sperm so it is capable of conceive ovum

Thanks for query,
Ovulation can not occur if you do not have period.
But during breast feeding when ovulation occur and you will get period is not sure so you should remain conscious doing sex when you are breast feeding.
As you had sex without ejeculation and during absence of period chance of having pregnancy is rare.
