Can Pregabilin Be Safely Taken With Cardace And Atorlip And Are There Any Side-effects Of Taking This Combination Of Drugs ?
Hi Doctor , My dad is a diabetic and has BP too. He takes morning Metalor SR 25 mg and glycomet GP1, Ecosprin 75 mg, amlogard 2.5 mg (afternoon) and in night Atorlip F and cardace 10 mg. He has spondylisis and neuro problem. Doctor has advised to take pregabilin with micobalamine and alpha lipoic acid in the night. is there any drug interaction to take with cardace and atorlip?
hi chitra;
Welcome to HM .
Your father has mild hypertension;with diabetes & heart problem;as it seems from the medicine he is taking.As you said he has spondilysis & because of that probably neurological problem for which he has been prescribed pregabilin with mecobalamine.These formulations are nerve healers & are beneficial to people with nerve problems especially methylcobalamine;so he can take it .As for drug interaction they are like multivitamins so they don't interact much .Your father can easily take it.
wish him good health .
thanks
