Can Pregnancy Be The Reason For Missing Periods?

Hi i am 7 days delayed ,but i am a user of micropil pill .it is stated that after the 21 tablets I m going to stop for it .i took a last pill last june 19,but me and my partner meet up last june 12.i am expecting my cycle last june 17 but until now i don t have yet.is their any possibility for getting me preg.? Thank you :)

Hello,

Micropill is a contraception pill and you are having it correctly so most probably you are not pregnant.

Every contraception pill has its percentage of fail so there is a very low probability of you being pregnant. So I believe you may need to do a pregnancy test.

Do a blood test because it us more accurate and you are too early for a home test.
