Can Pregnancy Occur Despite Using Contraceptives?

Hi, please help, I've been on microgynon for over a year and a half and always finish the pack. I'm due to take my last pill tomorrow and start my pill free week, although this week I've had a brown coloured discharge. I have a sexual partner but we discussed the situation I'm in and he has always wore a condom and never came in me and the condoms haven't burst. Should I be worried I might be pregnant?

I understand your concern
Do not worry, pregnancy is not possible because
You are on regular use of microgyon and it is highly effective in preventing pregnancy. (It has just 0.5% failure rate).
You also used Condom. It also prevent entry of sperm inside vagina so chance of pregnancy is nil.
Brown discharge could be due to side effect on birth control pill as it cause hormonal imbalance.
Avoid stress, take healthy diet, maintain proper pelvic hygine, do regular exercise
