Hello,

Proglyton is successfully used in primary ovarian failure. It stimulates pituitary glad to produce gonadotropins, luteinising hormone and follicle stimulating hormone and helps the ovaries to develope.

It also helps the secondary sexual features such as breasts to develop. These explain the symptoms you were expecting. You can use it again but in lower dosage in order not to experience side effects.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Olgeta Xhufka , General & Family Physician
