Can Pulmonary TB Be Completely Cured On Strict Medical Regimen?

Good pm I m boy I was diagnosed of ptb and I was put into treatment for six months and my dr extended up to 8 months my first xray before treatment was ptb after 2 months my chest xray shows regression of the infiltrates on the lower left lobe I m afraid I ll be finishing my medication this july 23 my question is am I cured after religiously take my medicine

Yes, pulmonary TB is curable. But you need to adhere to the treatment and investigations as advised by your pulmonologist. In absence of complete response further investigations and treatment may be required.
