Hi,

Certainly it can be due to blood donation. You have plenty of fluids, you will feel better. Due to removal of blood from the circulation heart tries to compensate by increasing rate. No need to worry, it will be settled in 2 to 3 days. Your body will replace the removed blood in a week.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sagar Makode
