Can Rapid Heartbeat And Chest Pain In A Child Indicate Something Serious?

My 5 year old has been complaining of chest pain for a few days. She has a resting pulse of 112 and says it feels like her heart is pounding and gonna explode. She's acting fine but will squeeze her left breast every once in a while. Not sure if I should wait to have her seen. She had a normal ekg a few weeks back for similar symptoms

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
Looking to her age and symptoms it does not seems any thing wrong with her heart, but still I would advise for echo test this is the only test can clear the doubt of any congenital abnormalities, the EKG has got very limited value, the heart beat is okay, take a good care of baby.
