Can Reddish Brownish Discharge Spotting And Cramping Indicate Pregnancy?

hi der,my last period was on the 3 of jan but it was very light like only spotting only lasted 2-3 days and nothing since and had sex on the 12th of this month and I had some a few spots of reddish brownish discharge on my underwear 2day,wit a small bit of cramping!could I b pregnant??

In my opinion you should do a pregnancy test first and see for results, if negative then wait for periods. If still you don't get them visit your gynecologist.
