Can Reducing Dose Of Glimsatr Pm Affect Blood Sugar Levels?

I am taking Glimstar PM 2 twice a day and Jalra 50 mg twice a day. Besides with each meal, I take 1 tab of Voglibose. Before sleeping I take Metformin . This brings my Fasting and RBS under normal limits. Unfortunately, for a week I am running out of Glimsatr PM 2. so I have switched to 1/2 tabs morning and evening before meals. Will that have any adverse effect and decontrol my diabetes.

FIRSTLY HAVE A HOME BLOOD GLUCOSE MONITOR AND CHECK UR FASTING BLOOD SUGAR EVERY TIME THERE IS AN ALTERATION IN THE MEDS
SECONLY, GET HBA1C , UREA, CREATININE, URINE R/E TESTS DONE TO MAKE THE NECESSARY CHANGES IN YOUR MEDICATION AS THEIR DOSAGE AND DISTRIBUTION SEEMS TO BE IMPROPER.
