General & Family Physician 's  Response
NORCO IS paracetamol(PCM) plus Oxycodone PCM affects liver in large dose and oxycodone is eliminated mix by liver followed bt kidney BUT IN normal people with no liver kidney disease it does not cause any renal toxicity
regarding your mother her BUN is just up by 3 and ratio is high by 11 which can be due to dehydration or hypoperfusion of kidney
is her fracture been fixed or yet to be fixed since if there is blood loss then this is seen evn withot any pain medication and comes to norml as you restore blood volume? i would recommend to increase hydration the ratio would come down YOU SHOULD WAIT AND KEEP HER HYDRARED
