Please write your ques Hello sir ...M Faran ...My age is jst 18 n m suffering wd a masterbation problm from atleast 3 years ...As i do masturbation at the age of 16 ..but i was not too addict f mastrbation . Then after year n half i dont do masturbation ...But i have a big problm that I get night fall 3 times a week ..n this has become a severe issue regarding to my health n fitness ......Plz suggest me some medicines r anythng that will help me to get rid of nightfall in future n will make me physically n mentally weak ......Thanks .....yOur s Sincerly...!! tion here
Hello dear Understand your concern Do not worry and be relax. Night fall is common problem in your age among the boys. It is occurring because you are not doing menstruation regularly. Once you become sexual active and doing masturbation regularly (4 /week) then it will disappear. Production of seminal fluid is continuous. if you do not do masturbation or not get sexual desire then its storage become excessive and it will come out naturally during night. So better to do masturbation 3-4 times/week regularly as it does not cause any problem. It is just like sex but without involvement of partner Take high protein diet and do regular relaxation exercise and walking in the morning. No medicine is required for nigh fall.
