Can Regular Soap Be Used When Prescribed To Use Minoz S Facewash?

My doctor advised me to use minoz s facewash before applying the oinment she gave previously i used to wash my face every two hours with hamam soap so now can i use the facewash only at the timw of applying oinment or can i use the facewash to wash my face regularly 4-5 times a day?

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query your doctor prescribed you Minoz face wash which is good for acne and facial skin texture maintainence. Yes you can use regular and very mild soap along with this to was face with least frequency. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to avoid oily and fried food and make use of product containing benzoyl peroxide. Take Multivitamin supplements. Apply Adapalene gel once at night. Drink plenty of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course and can also go for chemical peel containing Glycolic acid.
