can rejoint tablet which is prescribed help in spinal problem as i am having c4,c5 disc herination and nerve compression and also knee pain problem at right leg with whole leg paining and more pain felt at medial of knee problem due to degeneration of meniscal,and III grade tear in posterior mensical, my age is 46yrs

No, rejoint tablet won't help. Workup should be done to investigate on the cause of the spinal herniation and meniscal tear. Once the etiology is known, then management and treatment can be started.
