Can Renal Cysts Found Through An Ultrasound Scan Be Treated When There Is No Evidence Of Hydronephrosis?
An anechoic simple cyst in the mid pole region measuring 1.5×1.9 cm and an anechoic simple cyst in the lower pole measuring 1.5×1.7cm .There is no evidence of hydronephrosis solid renal mass lesion or renal calculus unilaterally. In simple words so I can understand can you please explain. Thank you
You're having a small renal cyst in your kidney so it is a normal finding. Usually, one or two cysts may found in ultrasound. But in the case of polycystic kidney disease the cyst is more in number then need treatment.
Remaining all reports are normal. They just mentioned you don't have renal mass(cancer) or stones or kidney swelling. Don't worry. Please consult your doctor he will examine and explain to you if you have more queries.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
