Can Repeated Dosage Of Amoxicillin Be Taken For Symptoms Of Sinus Infection?
hi - i am travelling within afica and normally get cipro for any bacterial ailments transmitted by food or water- this morning however, I have had a swollen throat, feels like the onset of a sinus infection (not sure why)... I have 2 Amox pills from a last treatment, I took one about a hour ago...it may be my mind but i feel slightly better already... should i take the other one in 6 hours or just wait until tomorrow? i know normally you would take 2 to start the regimen, but this was the immediate onset AND i do not have a full regimen... Also, if it immediately comes back (or stays and gets worse) can i switch to cipro

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the infection then one need to have just one antibiotic either this could be amoxicillin or ciprofloxacin but both can not be taken altogether but one has to complete the course of one antibiotic only, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
