Hi,

Since you have no gallstones or any evidence of cholecystitis there is no indication for gallbladder removal. The problems of pain and such things need further clinical evaluation, examination and investigations as per the clinical findings.

These may be as follows:
- Repeat the liver function and other blood tests as needed.
- Ultrasonography review just to get the confirmed findings of MRI.
- Colonoscopy and an upper GI Endoscopy.
- Tests of stool and urine.

All these will help to get an exact diagnosis and thus get treated according to the findings in a surer way. Not need to remove the gall bladder.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
