Can Right Bundle Branch Block Cause Dizziness And Nausea?

I went to stand up after playing cards and felt suddenly faint and a bit nauseated. I thought I might pass out. After sitting back down and putting a cool wash cloth on my face it passed after a few minutes and I drove home. This has happened before and went to cardiologist. My heart is in very good condition but I do have a right bundle branch block. could that condition cause the episode I experienced?

Right bundle branch block does not cause any symptoms. In a very rare case and severe form of the block may exhibit fainting. The underlying cause of the right bundle branch needs to be managed well.
